Creative Assist lets our large‑language model continue your story, brainstorm a beat, or recast a paragraph in your chosen voice—without stealing the wheel. You stay captain; the AI rows.

AI Complete	Generates a prose continuation that’s automatically appended to the end of your document.

Undo AI	Revert the last accepted completion.
Redo AI	Re‑apply the last undone completion.
History	Browse every suggestion accepted or discarded in this session.

3. Quick‑Start Workflow

Pick your persona
Choose the drop‑down labeled Wild / Precise / Balanced / … to match the mood you want.
Generate
Hit AI Complete (or press ⌘ ↩ / Ctrl ↩). The model writes forward from the current end of your draft.
Evaluate
Like it? Keep typing and the transient glow disappears.
Need variety? Click Re‑roll as many times as you’d like.
Regret it? Undo AI restores your pre‑generation text.

4. How Creative Assist Understands Your Story

The AI leverages three layers of context to keep its suggestions on‑lore and on‑theme:

Preceding manuscript text — everything up to the cursor.
Lorebook entities — character bios, world facts, magic rules, etc.
Chapter outline — beats and scene notes you’ve drafted.

Maintaining accurate Lorebook entries and an up‑to‑date outline helps the model echo your canon automatically—no extra clicks needed.

5. Tips for Sharper Completions

Seed with intent: End the last sentence mid‑thought.	Gives the model a clear trajectory.
Iterate creatively: If re‑rolls feel stale, switch to a more adventurous persona (e.g. Wild) rather than fishing in the same pond.	New sampling parameters and stylistic bias inject fresh imagery and tone, helping you break out of a rut.
Mix personas mid‑chapter	“Precise” for exposition, “Wild” for banter.
Pair with Review Mode	Once the dust settles, let Review flag consistency or tone drift.

6. Plan Usage & Privacy

Each generation (including each re‑roll) counts against the monthly allowance in your subscription plan.
Check Settings → Subscription for your remaining balance.
Your text is sent to Google Gemini for on‑the‑fly generation; Google does not train on your content. (See Privacy Policy §4.)

7. Troubleshooting

Personas are static, but the combined context of your manuscript, Lorebook entities, and chapter outline shapes each response. Consistency improves the deeper you get into the draft.

Q: I’m stuck after several re‑rolls. Now what?
Try a more creative persona (e.g. Wild or a custom “Dreamlike” preset) to shake loose fresh angles, then refine with Balanced or Precise.

Remember: Creative Assist is a spark plug, not an autopilot. Let it surprise you, but make every sentence earn its keep. When the story clicks, the tool disappears—and the world remembers.
